Fraser Trebilcock provides Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, as an alternative to litigation and trial, to parties involved in a variety of disputes. ADR can be particularly advantageous to clients who seek a mutually-beneficial way to manage a conflict or resolve a dispute without damaging a long-established relationship or jeopardizing the potential to work together on future projects. ADR allows clients to resolve their disputes outside of the courtroom; an effective alternative to litigation. Unlike court litigation, ADR is private and confidential, as well as cost efficient.
